Arctic Owl

The Arctic Owl, often associated with ghosts because of its white plumage and startling yellow eyes, is one of the world’s most distinctive birds. Its traditional role was a messenger from the grave, and it acted as one such in the Harry Potter series. It mostly keeps to icebound areas of the Arctic.
