Ezengi

Ezengi is a powerful god worshipped by the Aka, honey-gathering pygmies who have dwelled in central Africa’s forests for perhaps thousands of years. A festival devoted to Ezengi symbolizes him with an image wearing a raffia mask and offerings of fruit and their prized honey.
