Handi
Maldives
The Handi has inhabited the Maldives (a group of coral atolls southwest of Sri Lanka) for thousands of years, for she had her beginnings in the ancient Dravidian Goddess worship. Handis are evil spirits that can change shape at will but usually choose a human in the form of a beautiful young female.
