The Ijiraq, a shapeshifter of the Inuit, can transform from human to bird to animal (here he is shown changing from a raven to a seal). He is known for kidnapping children or lone travelers. However, whatever shape he chooses, he cannot change his red eyes, which act as a warning to potential victims.
