Rong

Rong

Vietnam

Rong, the Vietnamese dragon, is a fabulous beast that takes characteristics of many animals to make himself more powerful: the face of a dragon, scales of a carp, claws of an eagle, with the body and neck of a snake. Said to dwell in rivers or lakes, occasionally he meets an entirely new and utterly unfamiliar counterpart.

This entity appears in the story “21. Buddhist Defiance”.
