Tarot Cards come in a pack of 78. Used mainly today for fortune-telling and psychic readings, they were created in Italy in 1430 to play standard card games of chance. The psychic influence came later and was popularized by the occultist Aleister Crowley and the illustrator Lady Frieda Harris in the Thoth Tarot.
